Steering wheel alignment

I installed a new pitman arm on my '64 Belvedere this winter. It looked
the same as the one I removed, however the steering wheel is slightly
out of alignment now. Instead of the crossbar being at 3 & 9 o'clock,
it's now at 2 & 8 o'clock. Could someone tell me which way I need to
turn the tie rod sleeves to align it correctly?
