Weather strip question

Hey gang.
I'm ready to install the window channel glass
weathersriping and wanted to know if I need to apply
any adhesive or is it a tight enough fit without it.
Alos I', still needing the rear quarter panel trim
strip for my  '64 Dodge 330. Anyone have any for
sale???
