Sorry to hear! I posted here recently about a similar experience that a 
buddy of mine just had trying to buy a later 60's A body.

Sometimes you can ask here and someone who reads the mail at the 62-65 
Mail List Clubhouse is close enough to the car and will go look at the 
car for you before you drive. Worthwhile to ask here anyway, I guess, as 
it can't hurt. :)

You also can check to see if there is a local Mopar club near where the 
advertised car is. Sometimes they know dirt about the car already, i.e., 
it is not as advertised.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.  I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic.  Thanks!
