Re: iPod with AM Radio answer

For $100, you could get a cheap head unit, hide it somewhere, and connect it to real speakers and get your sound in Stereo (no stereo with AM).

Subject: iPod with AM Radio answer

This is a question for any of you that are into electronics. The
question has been asked about attaching an iPod to an AM radio.

I found this:

It is a short range AM transmitter that will take an input from an iPod
or even CD player. It runs on 12 VDC. The drawback is that it is a
kit.

Anyone have any comments on this?
