They're probably gabriel hijackers.  I think Ma Mopar owned some stock  in 
that company as I've never owned a B body that didn't have them on it when I  
got it.  My 67 has a ring around the filler valve that says 25 psi max,  though 
I've put in twice that sometimes.  They usually blow off one of the  plastic 
lines when overdone.  An easy fix.  Hoep it helps -  Joe
