383 exhaust manifold bolt

Hi all,

I have a 383 exhaust manifold bolt that is broken. See the picture here:

The bolt is one of those funky Mopar items.

(What I need is somewhat like the top one, I think.)

Do I need to try to find one of these style bolts or can I use a 
substitute? (I don't care about the car being all-original looking.)
