Paul I would use the 3600 lb springs, I used the 3800 lb springs on my b-body wagon, and it sits just a tad higher actually. You can also try assist shocks, you know, the ones that have the coil over spring built into them.Those should help raise your ride height.

  Mopar Performance #'s P3690456 & P3690457 for right and left were a 
  direct bolt in on my '63 Sport Fury.   No need for the longer front 
  hangar bracket.  These were 3400 lb. springs ordered from Jeg's.  The  
  full Jeg's #'s are 0312P3690456 & 0312P3690457.  These are the super 
  stock springs.  If I were to do it over I would probably go with the 
  3600 or 3800 lb. springs.  My ride height is just a bit low.
