No, the bumpers on any year of 1962 and up B body are different for the C
body.  In 1963 the Chrysler was 79.0" wide while the B body Dodge was 76.5"
Thus a bumper from a Cherysler or Dodge 880 will be about 3" too wide for a
Dodge Polara, or 3" too narrow if you are going the other way.
