To squawk or not?

I recently got a really good deal on a factory 4bbl poly intake, but
the guy kind of mislead me and screwed me on the "special adapter" for
the carb. I thought I was getting some kind of special vintage alum
adapter that was for the old small Carter WCBM? to AVS/AFB setup. But
what I got was a run of the mill spread bore to square flange adapter
bolted onto it...for which he charged me $20 (of which I had 3). I
only gave $75 + shipping for the intake. Should I bother to bitch a
little or just take my deal and run?
