I don't have any info on those rocker arms at catpep.com. You are right 
about the reports of sub-par quality on some Chinese-made car parts. It 
depends on the specs and whether the manufacturing plant followed them.

Maybe you can call a cam guy like Racer Brown and see what he suggests.
