Had my wife drove the Polara for the first time Saturday nite on the way 
to the cruise in Heath for the Nats...she knows how to drive a stick, 
but she's never driven a musclecar. The first time she took off she 
shifted from 1st to 4th as she wasn't used to the shifter. She said is 
that ok, and I told her yes, but the only reason she got away with it 
was due to the torque.
