There is no "off the shelf" upholstery for a 4 door Dart (or Valiant 
either).  There doesn't appear to be a lot of demand for it.  Your best bet 
would be to find a local upolstery shop to do it.  I'd expect you'd pay 
somewheres between $800 and 1200 to get it done..  That was one of the 
reasons I decided to ;pitch the bench seat in my 65 Dart wagon and go with a 
complete interior (buckets and folddown back seat) from a 65 Barracuda.
