Derrick,

The 4th digit needs to be a "1" for a Plymouth,or "2" for a Dodge for 
either to be considered to be a Maxie car.Those were the only 2 plants 
where they were assembled.

Also,63 Plymouths for example,the first digit of the VIN indicates 
whether the car is a 6(2)or 8(3) cylinder.

As far as that ebay car goes,I'm going to suggest the seller revise his 
ad or I'm going to report him for fraud.
