Test & Rotisserie Sequence Question

Dear Mopar List Boys:
This is a test...have not seen my responses posted lately.

If this goes through, please advise on a rotisserie restoration question.

As these cars (mine is a 64 Belvedere 2 door sedan) were fully assembled when painted at the factory,
I would like to duplicate that process. Also, all the fender bolts, trunk bolts, door hinges and so on, were
painted or oversprayed with the color coat. Then there's the problem of using metallic base coat (Dark Turqoise
in my case) followed by clear coat. Spraying these newer products on sections or separate pieces can lead to problems with blending, improper "melting" of the clear coat, etc, etc.

Is it possible to safely install and fit the doors, front fenders, trunk, and maybe even the hood while the
body is only supported at both ends by the rotisserie? My car is very solid, frame rails and front bumper mounts
are in good shape. Or would that be too much stress and weight, causing the body to flex, buckle, or God knows
what else?

Is it just plain better to paint everything separately, get the car back on the floor with the KFrame and rear axle
assembly, fit and adjust everything, and just touch up the bolt heads with a brush???

Any advice on how to properly sequence the installation/painting of the body components would be
greatly appreciated. For example, what goes on first...the doors, then the fenders?

Thanks very much, Donny, 64 Belvedere
