RE: 64 Polara wheel well moudling

After looking at the picture I tend to think that it's some kind of 
plastic aftermarket stick on moulding. I've never seen a Fury or a 
Polara from this era with wheelwell moulding either. Plus the cars that 
did have mouldings like the Barracuda didn't use this style of plain 
rounded mouldings.
