Check your turn signal flasher. You would think that if one side works the other would too but I've seen many times that a weak flasher will cause this problem. If that is OK start checking your wiring at the steering column and move your way back.

Here's the symptoms: Hello everyone. Hopefully you are not all out at a car show or the drag strip today. I have a 64 Plymouth Sport Fury. The parking lights all work. The Left turn signals work, front and rear. The Right turn signals don'twork, front or rear. Swapping bulbs did not help. I took the steering wheeloff and the plastic cam is fine. I sprayed everything down in there with electrical parts cleaner. Using my test light with the headlights OFF and the blinker ON, there is a 12v pulse to the left turn signals, not to the right side. I'm not surewhere I can test with my test light to see what is wrong. Any ideas would beappreciated.
