Bill,

If "Carl" is sincere about trying to end the listing, maybe he
wouldn't have a problem sending you the VIN or a higher resolution
image.

Also, the winning bidder was someone called 'mopar66-74'.  Pay a
little attention to whatever he's buying or selling.  Maybe use
'Contact Member' to ask him what is motivation is.
