Re: Ride Height

The specs should be in section 2 - Front Sucpension, under "Height". The
Coronet/Belvedere in not in the Canadian edition of the FSM as they were not
sold in Canada, but in 1963-64 the height for the B body was 1.75" plus or
minus an eighth inch. H-D suspension was 2 and one-eightth inches.

The suspenion height was determined (the illiustration is in the FSM),
measuring one side at a time -
A - Measure the distance from one adjusting blade (up in the middle of the
lower strut) to the ground.
B - Measure the dustance from the lowest point in the steering knuckle to
the ground.

The difference between A and B is the suspension height.

To increase the height, turn in the adjusting bolt on the torsion bar. To
decrease, back the bolt off.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person. I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address. This practice will protect your privacy, reduce the total volume of mail and fine tune the content signal to Mopar topic. Thanks!
