Sean, I converted my 1964 Fury from a Poly to a 440, and regret it all the time. It's not as straight forward as you might think. It costs so much money just converting the car over, I can't begin to tell you. The only way I'd do it is if you found a complete, unmolested original big block car, with the engine and EVERYTHING still in place, so you could do the swap without hunting/buying parts, and wasting money on the wrong parts, etc...
