Dude, that really sucks. I know the feeling. I remember when The Beast got backed into in the highschool parking lot, and the bumper of the toyota pickup (owned by a redneck) pushed the headlight back into the wheel well, I thought she was a goner, it took a lot of cutting and welding to bring her back.

Hope you get a massive insurance settlement on it, never know how you can work things out with insurance. My sister's Ford Torino (I know, I hate it too) got caught under the edge of a semi truck trailor in the parking lot at shuck's. Pushed the quarter panel down and did all kinds of tweaking. I helped her harass the insurance company until she got $3500 for it, which is three times the worth of the car. So she's paying for art institute of Seattle with it, and I'm straightening out the car. I think she came out ahead on that one.

  Yesterday an old and trusted friend met an untimely death while I was in
  California. Loosing a loved one is always difficult, but this one was a
  special friend.

  Dismemberment and burial arraignments will be announced. 

  While I know all my friends understand my lose, flowers are not necessary.
  (Copious amounts of alcohol would help)

  My friend was a victim of a random act of violence. Some have called it
  murder, but it is plainly due to a stupid 16 year old having her head up her
  ass.

  The new trailer did survive without a scratch. So from darkness comes some
  relief. If anyone can recommend a counselor that can help me cope with life
  without an old Power Wagon, I would appreciate a reference.

  The deceased was my beloved 1971 Power Wagon. A very manly truck she was...
  She died 
  in her sleep, quietly parked in front of my house.
