Same deal here as my garage is a 2-1/2 car and it is for the Mopar muscle 
cars only.   My 63 and my boys Dart with any parts for them are the only 
thing that goes in my garage.  Oh an the fridge for beer !   Ron

I.e., send parts/car transactions and negotiations as well as other personal messages only to the intended recipient, not to the Clubhouse public address.
