Bench Testing Tachometers

Hello Campers,

I was wondering if anyone knows or has a resource site to check a used
tachometer.
I just got a used one for my 65 Belvalite's console with a sending unit.
I don't know if it works.  Has anyone had theirs repaired?  Where?
