Tom and Jason Thanks for your input. Good points to check out. I have not taken the panels off yet, no place in the dead of winter to do that. I do have to take it back to the body shop for some screw ups they did earlier so maybe will have them check it out or later next spring when my garage is built. Something is definitely different between the drivers side and passenger side. Passenger side is spotless and black as when it came from the factory. I will keep you posted with my results.
