Subject: Headliner / Seat Belt questions

Two questions regarding my 63 Polara 500:

Headliner.
The headliner and the sun visors are completely deteriorated. I can't
even really tell what color they are. My interior is red but the
headliner appears to be some sort of puffy porous material. It would
have seemed like it was the exposed padding with the cloth missing,
except the sun visors are doing the same thing. Where is the best
place to get a new headliner? Are there any installation references
or tips?

Seat Belts.
The front bucket seats have just a lap belt, the rear has nothing.
I'd like to add better belts front and back. The back seems pretty
simple. A pair of 4 point harnesses attached to something solid in
the trunk should do it. Any advice on adding something to the front?
I saw a brief mention on the Tech page by Dave Meyer about adding a 3
point. Any other ideas or references? Any photos?

Thanks.
