CV Vacuum supposedly re-chromes the part you send them, not one from their inventory, fwiw. Also see http://www.gcartrim.com/ which is (was) owned by a Mopar fan.

Once you take the bezel off you'll see how the buttons attach.

Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
