RE: Replacement Distributor Options

I agree, I love the MSD 6AL. I run it on everything
with a two step. I even run one on my race car with
a Mallory 9000 points dist. Never fails, never misses
a beat. I get grief from guys at the track for not running
a electronic trigger. But I notice they seem to burn one
up a couple times a year. I have tried the Pertronix conversion
on my Poly truck, and after a re-curve it worked great.
Very inexpensive way to go for a conversion.

Sounds like a nice system. I have the Mopar unit and
it works fine but I sure like the MSD. Price sent me
to the Mopar side as it is less expensive and does
work just very well.
