RE: 1964 Dodge Polars 500 lights

You may have 2 problems Dave. If the high beams work and the low beams 
don't it's most likley your dimmer switch on the floor. If after 
installing the new switch you still have the pulsing lights try changing 
your voltage regulator to an electronic style. Auto Zone sells a 
replacement electronic VR that mounts and hooks up just like your 
original points style for about $10. I believe the circuit breaker for 
the headlights is built into the switch.
