poly to 5.9L??

anyone swapped in a 5.9L magnum in place of a poly 318
bolted to the pushbutton trans? what issues did you
run into w/ water pumps, TQ conv./flex plate etc. etc.
i would be going w/ a carb if i decide to do it.
really just kicking around ideas... (its a 64 polara)
