This issue comes and goes. I removed the headlights and ground off the new paint for the headlight grounds, borrowed the electronic regulator from the Polara to test, even unhooked the battery while the car was running. As soon as I turn the headlights on, the car dies at idle, but if the engine is revved up a little it stays running. The only wiring that was unhooked for painting was the headlights. I assume since the car stays running with the battery unhooked the alternator is good, right? I've been told it may be a bad ground, but I haven't had a chance to check any other possibilities yet. Any more suggestions? Here's a links to some quick pics I took, but the weather wasn't the best. Stay back 20 feet from the pics guys! Some pics are at the Winter Classic is Columbus. http://s114.photobucket.com/albums/n273/Ledman_70/Dart/ Jeff Adams wrote: > > Hey guys, the Dart developed an electrical issue on the way to the > Winter Classic that I thought was a carb issue at first.
