Thanks Earl You know before we had all these polution conrtols we didnt have this stuff. now i heard them talking about making an artficial volcano to smut up the atmophere and make it all better. This is what happens when we stop teaching the classics to the kids. Thiscurrent generation has never read or heard of Chicken Little nor the Emporer's New Clothes. Little stories taught to us at our parents and grandparents knees so later when we was all growed up we would get sucked in by stupid stuff. Anyway. Im off to the garage to see if the 63 is ready for the new gears. I might get started even with the cold.

I can't comprehend what you're going thru. I am upset because it is still so cold here I can't get paint to dry in the new race trailer. It is taking 3 days or more to dry. I am funned out with winter. I had planned to take the race car down for new graphics on Thursday, guess what, yep, they are calling for snow. ARGGGGG... I am thinking about running extra rich this year so it won't be so cold next winter.... Everyone needs to do their part... <;-) Earl Dennis, Tell me about it! 6 ft drift of snow in the driveway and three foot in front of the house. In normal weather drag season always opened at Cayuga Dragstrip Easter weekend. People up here are about fed up with winter. and the next person who says the name global warmng will probably disappear in the deep dark woods never to be seen again. My 63 is inside where it is reasoably warm and i have the diff out of it which i stole for my seniordragster project. I wanted new gears in the 63 as they old ones were a used set of truck gears and always had a slight niose to them on coast no matterwhere i moved the pinion depth or backlash. it wasnt too bad but alwaysbugged me. i have the new gears here waitng for me to intall them in the potbut i cant even muster a little enthusuasim right now with this waether andmore snow coming tomorrow. I have been taking my frustration out on Gary Pspoly head! ;>) Don Author of Return to Deutschland (True Adventure) Old Reliable (Mopar) http://altonapublicschool.faithweb.com/ http://seniordragster.bravehost.com/index.html----- Original Message ----- From: "Dennis J." <djohn14296@xxxxxxxxx>To: <1962to1965mopars@xxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, March 24, 2008 2:22 PM Subject: Re: new inventionDon, I said it in jest, I'm pretty sure you couldn't patient it anyways, you getting cabin fever up there in the north yet.... My father was an aircraft radio designer for Collins Radio and designed the Radios for the Avro Arrow. (greatest Fighter plane ever built, mach II in 1957 and Canadian) He had a tech who worked at his side who had 17 patents on that radio alone. (Arc 552) He also had patentented an Auto trans before the war amd made the first solid state electronic organ whoch saw with my own eyes when transisters were just a few monthes old. Guy died a poor man far as i know. I dont care who uses what i develop i just would appreciate credit for it. Some ideas have been point blank stolen and they hardly even bothered to change the dimension even or the shape. but that is life. Neat thing is that people are very resistant to the real good working ones because they are deceptively simple like my window heaters for instance . Anyway. it is a fun idea and very practical i think. so i am happy with that. I intend to enjoy life and not make it a journey of frustration and disappointment. Trying to get rich off of an idea would be a sure bet for high blood pressure and a heart attack I think.
