Pentastar and 6 bolt valve covers.

In Darrell Davis's book, 63 Plymouth Stage production cars, he has 2 bulletins from Chrysler included. One is the starting date for the use of the pentastar on the right front fender. Starting with production date, Feb. 5, 1963, all Mopars will get it. 
?? Second, I always thought all 413's had 4 bolt valve covers. It states that all B engines, high and low block, get a 6 bolt valve cover and heads?for same.?The date is Feb. 1, 1963. Anyone out there know different? joe machado
