The fuel, water, and oil gauge (if you have one) are all controlled by the 
voltage limiter George so I suspect your problem is there. The amp gauge has 
it's own circuit and has nothing to do with the other 3 and the clock is 
probably just dead and doesn't work, very few of them still do.
