Bill,

Master Power Brakes sells an excellent universal valve.  I have it on my 
car, and love it.  It is not adjustable.
You could also buy one that is adjustable with a knob.  Many people use 
these, and they are easy to find.  It would go in the rear brake line.  
They are supposed to work well, too.  Once adjusted, I think you just 
forget about it.
