I just looked at the '62-'65 site and saw a '64 MW car owned by John Vazquez. I noticed that he uses long T - handle type fasteners to secure the valve covers on his engine. Does anyone else use these? The reason I'm asking is because I can't remove the top valve cover bolts on my engine unless I remove the intake manifold first. There just isn't room to get a socket between the valve cover and the intake manifold on my engine. Even the diameter of my 1/4" socket set is too big. The T - handle method seems like a better way, but unfortunately, it reminds me of small block Chevy engine, whenever I see those type of fasteners...Brian '64 Belvedere Davenport, Iowa "The difference between ordinary and extraordinary is that little extra." ---- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
