I was bidding on a str14 (I think that's right) for my 361 project about 2 years ago. It sold for like 1200 bucks, I was floored. They do look very very cool but they're really for speed and not a driver. I had hoped to put the smallest carbs on it that would fit. Tom Go Red Sox What everybody else said. Expect to pay $600-$1000 for an STR-12 when they come up on ebay. Short rams are tuned for power at high RPM, 5500ish, so if you aren't going to be there a lot, you might think about a different setup. But the crossrams do look super cool. > > I was thinking down the road. Getting one of those 360 crate motors to put in my 64 fury. My first choice if i hade the money is to get a 440 to make a max wedge clone. My question is do they make a croos ram set up for smallblock like on a 360. The 360 would be the cheaper route but i love those cross ram to. > [Non-text portions of this message have been removed] > > ---- Please address private mail -- mail of interest to only one person -- directly to that person.
