George,
    Don't wait too long.  I have found that if you  take just assume that the 
car will be there since it has been there for years  anyway then it usually 
disappears.  I know you want to not seem too eager  but sometimes the life gets 
in the way and things need to go other's make there  move you know how things 
go.  Just my two cents.  I have missed out on  so many cars by 
procrastinating.
