You mean EL lighting (Electroluminescent) Jeff. I think it was the 60-62 
Chryslers that had those not the 63. Check the fuse but it most likely it's 
the rheostat in the headlight switch. Try turning the knob from left to 
right sometimes you can find a good spot.
