Re: 4 to 2 door (was RE: 63 Dodge - 2 door post)

I've been thinking about my 65 Dart wagon and turning it into a 2 door wagon using 65 Dart GT hardtop doors (definitely wide than the 4 door front doors). If I didn't have my 65 Dart convert in the garage I would be I'd try that conversion.

I just sold a nice 65 Dart 4 door, but from my research I think the Dart could have been turned into a 2 door sedan, too.

Scott and all,

Neal's Dodge's 4-2 conversion page is online now. The link is on
http://1962to1965mopar.ornocar.com/whatnew.html

Look for: May 26, 2008 — 1965 Dodge Coronet: Four Door to Two Door Sedan Conversion Project

There's a link at the bottom of Neal's 62-65 Web page to detailed pictures of his project.
Thanks,
Gary H.

Gary, do you know what the price of the 4-door is? I already have a post car, but it is very rusty so I have been mulling around the idea of doing
the 4-door into 2-door conversion. I live in Des Moines, IA, btw.

Thanks,

Scott
