I almost have the /6 rail done. Maybe an hour or so left before i try it in the driveway. The 63 is feeling neglected. BTW the Rad repair worked great and the saftey straps i made seem to be working too. 
They stop the top tank from bulging which is what strains this style of rad anyway. I will paint them black as soon as I am sure they are the way they should be. Car runs about 15 degrees cooler.for some reason. I had it out for a 2 hour drive Sunday and it was hot here, around 90F (Yes son, it gets hot in Canada. So hot sometimes it melts our igloos. )
