Max Wedge air filter elements

Occasionally I see these air filter elements listed on eBay.  Today 
while cleaning up some old Max Wedge literature I ran across the number 
of the air filter I've been using.  It's NAPA #542070.  The elements are 
13" - OD / 11" - ID / 2" - H    I don't have a current price, but they 
probably cost less than the $50 pair I've seen advertised.
