My only concern for you is that: It is a real maxi-wedge car and that
the guy may have had the tag checked(or the build sheet) and found
out that it isn't a real maxi-wedge. I know his feed back is a 100%,
but he maybe cutting his losses and getting rid of it. He can always
claim he didn't know? Any chance you can get a read out or picture of
the fender tag, prior to actually getting the car. 
But it is still a great looking car and I'm hoping for you it is a
real maxi car. Good luck guy and I'm sure you'll keeps us informed,
