Odds are the fan shroud will solve that heat issue.

I believe there is a rubber seal at the top of the radiator, too, that helps direct air flow.

The factory fans are very efficient in my experience.

There is a diagnostic called "Troubleshoot your overheating Mopar!" on the Tech page that you can  try to see if it is a air flow or water flow cause. (Thanks to Earl H. for the tip.)
