Laysons is not (was not?) the only source. I think R/T Connection and very likely Kramer can supply you the small (2" dia?) lenses you need for the back. There are others. If that doesn't work, I check the vendors at the NATS next weekend.

The change is difficult because you have to bend two, maybe all three, of the back mounted tabs on this chromed piece without flaking the chrome. I haven't had the courage yet to do it on mine but my time is coming. All I've done is practiced on some junked ones.
