I believe DD's word is gospel for the following reasons: He lists all 
the H/C cars built, and he also knows from the build records that they 
shipped with the Y9 option. So, it would stand to reason of all the H/C 
cars built none were shipped with the steel front. 
Also, DD went to Detroit and searched all the build records personally, 
so it's not just an opinion. He isn't using someone else's research.

Darrell answers his email so if it would make you feel better shoot him 
one. Greg Lane is also a good friend of mine, so if you don't get an 
answer from DD let me know.
