adjustable fan control

many thanks for the autozone adjustable fan control idea. I installed it on the 1962 slant six in my digger. I ran saturday at the Shannonville Nostalgia meet. Car was too cool on the first run never evengetting to 160 F. I adjusted the cut in point a bit higher and got 159 to 160 F constant even driving back to the truck and running around to get food and stuff. It appears if you nip it in the bud the high temp doesnt come. Air temp was in the 70s so it was a good test. I am happy. saved me a hundred bucks on a bigger fan. Thanks for the tip.
