Hi Ollie,That bar is the for the emergency brakes and you can get them at any decent parts store by asking for the emergency brake hardware kit. The rest of the springs are available in what Wagner (Napa) calls a maxi-kit. One kit will service both sides.

On my Petty stock car project.....Removed the rear wheels and drums today and.. POOF....nothing on the drivers side !I am in need of the spacer bar (do not know proper term) that goes under the wheel cylinder holding the top of the shoes apart. Also all of the springs would be great. I had bought a spring kit on my other Satellite and they did not fit good.
