There's math involved with cam selection so you'll probably have to review your receipts to be sure what heads / pistons / etc you have.

http://www.chargerr.com/MATH.HTM has a good overview of the math involved.

There are also online calculators to play with, for example
http://www.speedwaybids.com/calcs/

Calling up a cam grinder like Racer Brown and gabbing with them about what you have and want out of the motor and asking what they suggest is a good idea, too.
