defrost vents ID

Can anyone, maybe with a with a parts book, ID these dash vents? They have 3 attaching posts on the back, like 63-65 A body cars, but the circular hose vent receptacle is at an angle and so the 3 posts won't fit the early A-body dash.

The part number on the back of the pieces are on the picture:

I'm thinking they may be from a early 70's A body?
