According to my book 6732145853 decodes as follows:

6 - Car Make - Dodge V8
7 - Series - Polara (isn't this a 330? That should be a 1 not a 7)
3 - Year - 1963
2 - Assembly Plant - Detroit, MI
145853 - Production Number
