Wire harness opinions requested

Rich Kinsley '64 Dodge Polara 4dr 318poly w/goodies

I'm getting ready to order a wire harness for my '64 Dodge Polara. It 
has the 318 poly right now. After I finish getting it right I intend to 
switch to my 440. The dash wiring is a big problem currently and must be 
rectified before anything will be right.

I know there is Ron Francis wiring and I believe an Evans wiring in 
addition to the generic Painless stuff. What are your recomendations and 
suggestions regarding this project? I will probably get a complete 
harness but only install what doesn't require the headliner to be 
removed as it's original and frail. I'll save that portion for later 
when it gets a new interior.
